Here are some answers to some basic questions you may have regarding Imuvees. If you feel your questions have not been addressed, feel free to contact us.
Q: How can I join Imuvees?
A: Imuvees does not require registration. Just click on the titles and watch the videos.
Q: Do I have to pay to watch videos on Imuvees?
A: The videos on Imuvees can be viewed for free. There is no charge whatsoever.
Q: Why do some movies require me to sign in?
A: We’ll need to verify your age if you would like to view some rated content on the site.
Q: Can I download the videos on Imuvees to my computer?
A: We are currently focused on providing streaming video links and do not provide downloads.
Q: The movie doesn’t play continuously; it starts and stalls every few seconds.
A: It is possible you have slow internet connection or are watching a video at peak traffic time. Certain free hosts will restrict bandwidth at peak time in favor of those using their paid subscription accounts, or those users within their domestic markets IP range. Pause the video and allow it to buffer for a while before resuming. If the problem is severe, try again at a different time of day.
Q: How do I report a broken link or if a link goes to a movie other than the one listed?
A: Leave a message on the comment section or contact us using the contact form here.
Q: How long does it take to repair the broken videos? Some videos have been under repair for months.
A: Fixing the broken videos/links requires finding other video sources to replace the broken ones and some videos are not readily available. It may take some time before we can find a working copy. We do our best to fix the problems as soon as we can.
Q: Why do some series take so long to be updated? Why are you so slow in subbing the drama shows?
A: Imuvees only links to videos on video streaming sites and does not provide the subtitles to the videos. We make every effort to post new episodes as soon as the videos with English subtitles come out.
Q: I have been requesting for a particular movie. How come it is not posted yet?
A: Imuvees receives dozens of requests each day. We try to fulfill as many requests as possible but there may not be links to subtitled videos available for all shows.
Q: How can I easily find my favorite movie from the long list of titles?
A: We have a SEARCH BOX at the upper right-hand beside the top menu of every page. Just type in the title of the movie then click on the “GO!” button. You can also browse by category using INDEX at the top menu bar.
Q: I love Imuvees and want to make a donation! How do I send my donation?
A: Imuvees does not take donations right now. The best thing you can do to support Imuvees is to spread the word – tell your friends and family and post links on your blog, in forums, on Facebook/Myspace page, any place you can!
